2.1. By placing an order with Concord Puzzle, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2.3. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.
2.4. In order to contract with Concord Puzzle, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
2.5. Concord Puzzle retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Concord Puzzle or may in some cases be a third party.
2.6. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
3.2. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
3.3. Concord Puzzle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3.4. If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
4.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
4.3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
4.4. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
4.5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
